Bethany is a classically trained dancer, and has performed all types of dance throughout her life. Yoga was a natural addition to deepen her connection to her body, mind, and spirit. Bethany’s yoga practice has become stronger every passing year. She is well versed in many branches of the yoga tree; Hatha, Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Breathwork, and Meditation. Combining all of the learned knowledge creates well-rounded classes, with something for everyone. She believes yoga introduces the ability to live in greater harmony.
