Bristol has been teaching yoga for five years. It has been a journey in her health physically, mentally, and spiritually. In the beginning, she was seeking mobility and freedom from chronic sciatic pain after having three children, but very quickly she felt a shift, not only in her physical health (sciatic pain was eliminated after a few classes), but also in her emotional health. She slowly began to unpack obstacles that were put in place for her for years. She began to feel capable and excited and those barriers and self-limiting habits started to fade through her continuation of yoga practice. Teaching was a natural progression and after her teacher-training through Studio Share, she brought that same strength and health to her students. She wants her students to also build strength on their mat, allowing it to seep into their lives as well. She loves serving her community in this way. Bristol likes to teach hot yoga classes focusing on strength, but she also eases into a flow that fits each individual. She hopes you’ll join her in building a solid foundation on your mat!
