Dominique discovered yoga after a friend mentioned a new yoga studio in town. Having been a lifelong dancer and athlete, she was always looking for ways to stay active and express herself creatively. From the moment her feet hit the mat and the music filled the air, she knew she had found her happy place. Dominique’s approach to yoga remains focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion and release. She is known for her versatile style and one-of-a-kind playlists, specifically designed to empower people through their expression of practice while channeling their inner “Yogi Warrior” strength. You can expect to move, sweat, and breathe to music in ways you never thought imaginable, while fueling the mind and soul, resulting in a complete mind, body, soul connection.
Off the mat, Dominique also teaches spin for Studio Share and loves to set the vibe and energy right for a fun, challenging, and motivating workout. You can expect to sweat and vibe-out in a free style ride combined with elements of rhythmic spin. Out of the studio, Dominique has a Master’s Degree in social work and a 10-year background of social work, criminal justice, and mental health. Dominique enjoys trying new places to eat, traveling, attending concerts, random adventures, creating new memories with friends, and being an ambivert. She is currently pursuing all her dreams and aspirations, while managing that thing called “Life”.
