Megan became enthralled with yoga and began practicing in 2015. In 2020, she felt called to teach yoga to others and she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Studio Share. She began teaching yoga in January 2021 and became a Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. Megan believes in slowing down and connecting to each breath and movement and she brings warmth and calmness to each class she teaches. Her future plans for growth include obtaining a certification to teach yoga to seniors, pursuing her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, and becoming certified in meditation and mindfulness. She believes yoga teaches you to prioritize yourself and when you put your health and wellness first you are better able to love and serve others. And, even though yoga is an individual practice, she feels a great sense of community when she attends, or teaches, a yoga class.
