Sarah is a physical therapist assistant, and former emergency medical technician, and has always had a huge, caring nature for others. Through her numerous tragedies, she continues to strive to help others see through whatever life may throw their way. Her passion for a holistic approach to life including nutrition, physical fitness, and overall wellness, is a perfect fit for all that yoga has to offer and she is excited to share those passions. She earned her 200 level certification from Studio Share in Pueblo, CO. Sarah is also a sports enthusiast. Her hobbies include hiking with her dog and husband, softball, boating, traveling, supporting her nieces and nephews in their endeavors, and staying up on the latest when it comes to clean and green beauty plus sustainable/healthy food with her mother, twin sister, and her two best friends. She is involved in various community events to help build a strong community.
