Tatiana became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor in 2018 but she has been practicing for many years. Yoga is her shelter, her haven, and her sanctuary. She became a yoga instructor when she was having a difficult time in her life and yoga gave her the shelter she needed. It helped her every day to become a better human being and she desires to show that light to others. She teaches a Vinyasa flow and her classes are for beginners, as well as experienced, students as she demonstrates different techniques throughout her class. She always reminds her students to make sure that they daily laugh, love and be kind to others and especially to themselves. During her classes, she likes to play music from the 80’s and 90’s and she prefers to end with a short meditation.
