Toni began dedicating her body to yoga in 2013 at Studio Share. She was a traveling sales exec and needed a release from being on the road for long hours each day. Yoga was a great wind down and kept her mind and body in a healthy frame of resilience. Becoming a teacher was a goal of hers and learning to share that experience of healthy release with others. Her style of teaching is to provoke intentions, emotions, and physical energy though music, movement, and meditation. She wants her classes to be a reflection of your genuine self for an experience that brings the best in each of her Yogi students when journeying together in her class.
