I’m Beth. I have been an avid fitness fanatic for over a decade. While I’ve always had an interest in working out I struggled with consistency, motivation, my relationship with food and my own body image for years. When I finally had enough of the repetitive physical and mental struggles, I made a commitment to myself to break free from my excuses, all my bad habits, and learned how to overcome obstacles through maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. I’m a full time busy Mom, a full time counselor and I run my own cake business, so my life is jam packed. But my true passion lies in helping people discover the benefits and understand the importance of prioritizing themselves in order to tackle the rest of life’s obligations. I love encouraging people to step out of their comfort zones to accomplish their goals. I’ve been guiding and coaching people on their own health and fitness journeys for over 8 years now. I’d love to help you discover your own drive and determination to be happy, confident and strong.
While I enjoy many forms of fitness training, including running, HIIT, CrossFit, yoga, strength training and functional fitness, Spin Class is my absolute favorite. I received my Spin certification right here at Studio Share and have been teaching Spin classes for a couple of years now. My unique and creative style can be modified for any fitness level.
